90.64 Miles @ 21.5 mph ave
I didn't know how my legs would do today. I have already run more than a marathon this weekend. Did an IM length swim yesterday in some pretty raunchy chop. Too boot, it was fairly wind and warm this morning. I didn't give myself any excuses though and got out at a decent time. I couldn't decide on 45 out and back or a 45 loop, or some other smaller loop multiple time derivative.
I ultimately settled on a Cantelow Loop (+/- 3K) with a O&B on Putah Creek to Stevenson Creek Bridge Road x 2. These loops almost perfectly checked in at 45 miles which is exactly what I was looking for 45 x 2. In addition, it was a good opportunity to do the 2 loop mentality and with a decent climb (bigger than any single climb at CDA) on each loop (Cantelow).

Nice pace.
We are having a bit of a slow start but are gearing up to take a spin at Coe.
