Title: Runners on Serpiente de Cascabel route

I was doing Serpiente de Cascabel route on the east side of Machete ridge and found 2 dynex runners with carabiners on the 2nd pitch.  Were they left there intentionally?  If so, I moved them up to the 3rd pitch to repel off of as it started to rain and it was getting pretty slippery.

I know nothing about the runners, but I'm curious how the route is doing.  We used a mix of bolts up there and I'm wondering how healthy they are in their middle age.

Most of the bolts looked pretty good.  The one that I would question is the lone bolt between the 1st & 2nd pitch, but I did not take a real good look at it.
