I wish I had time. It is a school trip w/my son. Unfortunately, every day is booked with planned activities. I will get to see David S. tho while I'm there. We'll spend 2 days in Paris, then 2 days in the Loire Valley, then 1 day in Saint Malo, then 1 day in Normandy (Caen - we'll see the D-Day beaches) and then circle back through Roen to Paris and then spend 1 more day in Paris at the end.

Staying around here this weekend. One day of burn piles and house maintenance and one day of working with Steve on the guidebook (Rob, PM me a shipping address? Next week I'll finally print out the "winter-final" version, and I'd like to get it to you for some pre-spring review).

Uber, have a great time with C.L. in France. I'm totally jealous of the chance to see the Normandy area. Not to mention traveling with your son!

Uber, Normandy eh? VERY cool....I spent a week touring that area in '06 and it remains one of my most memorable trips. Visiting the American cemetery is a stop that all Americans/Humans should not miss. LMK if you want recommendations.....

Just impossible to comprehend:

Or storming the beach under the forceful eye:

Don't miss cider tasting....could be Napa if not for the Apples:

And don't forget the bleu:
