Title: I'm a Big Tough Climber
Post by: Brad Young on March 26, 2010, 01:17:59 PM
Yep, one of the toughest. And yet I'm soooo looking forward to next week, hiking with my girls on the PCT. Merely hiking; its almost embarassing that I have so much fun not climbing, but there you go.

"See" you all during the week of April 5th.

Have fun Brad.

PS, I still giggle at hiking considering the tongue lashing you gave me over Mountain Biking. Plenty of worthy pursuits to be explored when not climbing.

Tongue lashing over mountain biking? You must have me confused with someone else. I would never.... Well, at least I don't remember doing anything like that.

I think we'll hit enough snow after 5 days of hiking that that might be it (by then we'll be at or near the Angels Crest Highway). So we'll probably spend a day or two out on the coast after hiking and then a day at Pinns; maybe climb there a week from Sunday. Since the Citadel is open now, maybe do Costanoan with both girls and Waldo. Easiest climb by far at Pinns that I haven't yet done (I've been saving it to do with the girls).

Nice Brad!

Hope you and your family have fun, hard to imagine otherwise!

I was perhaps coloring the conversation more than I should have. We did dialog about the notion of non-climbing activities including skiing and biking.
