I currently use a pair of Anasazi's for cracks.  Sometimes use those on long routes.  My favorite long route shoe is the 5.10 Spire.  It is comfortable all day long and does ok at just about everything. 

The Anasazi is a better performer not as comfortable and velcro does suck in cracks.   I can climb OW in them but for the most part they suck.

That is an interesting shoe.  If I get back to where I can actually climb I might check it out.
