Hey! Eat your heart out! I am in Bishop right now looking up at the snow-covered Sierras. Awesome weather and no crowds. Bouldered at the Black Planets and Alabama Hills this AM and going to the Buttermilks tonight and Benton Crags tomorrow.
Just thought I would tease all of you that were reading this at work.:)

It's Sierra, not Sierras. The root spanish word is plural already. Are you going to do any climbing, or just simulate a pad person?
-
pad persons are persons too

pad persons got
no reason to live!

Okay wiseguy, if you want to be technical, it would be, "I am looking up at the Sierra Nevada", not "Sierra's", not "Sierras", not "The Sierra"...etc. I knew all that, I was just being lazy.
Just bouldering for a couple days and possibly climbing in the Gorge(is that plural?) if my partner for Wednesday pans out.
P.S. I am a simulated pad, not a simulated "pad person".

I like that; the root of wiseguy is wise guy. I resemble that remark. Have fun and don't get sunburnt.

sounds like something slanderous
"You simulated pad!"
I dunno JL.
Any pics to load up yet?

By "pad" I mean that with my girth I just lay down on the ground and whoever is on the problem has more padding than Metolius could offer should they peel off.
It will be a while for the pics...I still take slides. Weather wasn't too good for pics but I probably got a few good ones from the Alabama Hills. I was supposed to go to ORG on Tuesday but my would-be partner had a stiff rotator cuff and couldn't go until late Wednesday morning. I was already heading home by them.
