Late start is more likely, but how would that matter to you if you are swinging between 108 and Castle?
-
it would matter in terms of my decision making to resolve "probably" into an action plan...
Later start rules out Pinnacles.
Work will dictate ruling out 108.
Castle as the fall back to either option.

Sunday could work

We signed up for trail work on Sunday.
It's after 9 and we are still sitting in a resturant in downtown San Jose waiting to be served. A late start tomorrow is definite if we get out at all.

Are you suggesting climbing at Pinns on Sunday?
-
We signed up for trail work on Sunday.
Where at?
Phil and I are with Trailworkers in Nisene Sunday. Putting up the 2 bike ramps, er, I mean, footbridges for the season. Woohoo!
-
Where at?
Henry Coe. :)
-
Henry Coe. :)
Only ridden there once. Gotta fix that.
Have a great weekend!
-
Perfect temp at the Pinns. Late start, 8 routes. Mr Mud did well, no hang on Feed the Beast.
In transit to Coe. CruxLuv, Coe is like the Pinns. People either love it or hate it. We happen to love it.
Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
-
We hit the West Side up into the High peaks and did the Cone, Photographer's Delight and Monument - all super fun and a fab day.
-
Not sure how well I did not Feed The Beast. Got this clean on TR just barely. Kept thinking, just keep moving. Fell on Rocket. Felt real good on Broken Arrow so I know my foot work is coming around and I have a bit of crimp strength. Temps were really good on Saturday.
Coe was hot on Sunday.

he needs more slack.....
nice job on plague, keep telling folks it's Wet Kiss ;D
-
At sometime we should get a few folks together to ride there. Mudworm knows the place very well. I can get around ok. The new Jim Donelly Trail out of Hunting Hollow is a good way to get into the park.
Only ridden there once. Gotta fix that.

Hunting hollow is fun. Best to ride on a full moon..if they still allow it.

great pics - nice angle on the Regular Route - that one was an especially satisfying lead for me. haven't tried the others yet - i'm working my way back up through the grades for now collecting stars...

Ahem. Thank you, except that it was on Cantaloupe Death. ;D

I was looking at/referring to the second pic with the big eye bolts.
I'm assuming Cantaloupe Death is the overhanging beast in the third pic.
-
Ready for it? .... *LOUD BUZZ*...
Wrong! Please try again... ;D
-
so the Regular Route isn't the only one with those big eye bolts?
-
the overhanging one is Feed the Beast?
you can tell i don't spend much time on the East Side...
-
Maybe others want to give it a try before the answer is revealed? ;)
-
The second picture with the eye bolts is Cantalope Death. The third pic is Rocket in my Pocket. Rocket is a bit over hanging and is a bit of a beast, the pic makes it look more over hanging than it is. The First pic ( black water streak) is Plague which is a real good 5.9 especially since it has been rebolted by Clint and Bruce.
-
Just to follow up on the Plague picture. The rope on the left is Wet Kiss 10a, the rope on the black water streak is Plague, the corner to the right is Trauma 5.9, the crack that continues straight out the roof instead of traversing out left is Traumatize 10c, the buttress on the right side of the picture is Zippity Do Da 12.? .
Did I win?

Ding ding ding...
Congratulations! We have a winner! :D

Did I win?
thanks for clearing that up - the suspense was killing me!
