Title: Electric vehicles at Pinns ?
Post by: rhyang on October 14, 2012, 08:04:34 PM
I know this is kind of out there, but a question for NPS staff: how likely is it that EV chargers might be available at Pinns, once it becomes a NP ?  I've seen a pic of one in Yosemite Valley.

(Just noticed EV chargers at work in Santa Clara .. that started turning some gears  ;D)

Awesome, thanks !

Never fear, the Llama Mobile will remain my ice / snow / sierra car ;D

My commute is short and mostly in stop-and-go traffic, so I've been thinking about a commuting car, to keep all that city driving off my suby.  An EV would also work for getting my hiking boots and mountain bike to local trailheads.
