I like the Equinox's.  Tom Addison climbs 5.13 in them which means I can do 5.11 in them.  They work real well with Stealth.  Way comfortable all day shoe and once they are worn real well they work on walls.

I think I'm going to just switch to thigh high, stilletto heeled leather boots - with sticky rubber of course. I'll probably have the same success rate as I do now, but will look very fashionable.
