control alt delete hasn't changed
power button on most devices
ultrabook? just shut the lid
if yer stuck on icons, yeah, takes a couple days to get used to. But keep in mind this is an OS that works as BOTH a tablet and PC. Switch to Desktop mode. It hasn't gone anywhere. I like it. Huge flexibility! I'm come on, it has a USB port! You can manage folders with ease PLUS you can do apps. The major issue is marketplace.
once you know the gestures, it's easy to nav.

I have been using 7 and working a bit with 8 with some XP and XP Pro thrown in. Also working with 2003, 2008 and 2012 server. The frustrating part as an admin is at times it is like working on three different OS's. Almost like going from Solaris, to Linux, to BSD. Yet technically I am working on the same OS.

I got the wife a sleek Lenovo ultra Tankpad.
It's so light.
I need to pair down her icons.
Still it's taking some getting used to. The browser navigation is funky.
I give MS credit...you want MS Office...enter your code..BAM it's installed.
Jeez Mud you sound as if you were interviewing...
I busted a few co-worker chops today because an XP PN# was used as a place marker...Are we really still developing on XP??
