Flickr. But it's only free for the first 1,000 photos (or some such number - measured of course in MBs).

Yeah, Flickr blows chunks, but it still works up to the limit. Create some alias emails on your Outlook.com email account, then create 3 or 4 Flickr logins with those aliases, viola storage back up to snuff and all the notifications come to the same email address storage.
