HA...case and a 1/2. Try this. Just came back from Bevmo.....2 bottles of wine (mmmmm zin) but more importantly a bottle of Hanger One Kaffir lime. I swear that stuff if crack in a bottle.

I think it's fair to say that it's all about moderation. As with anything, too much of it isn't good for you. And yes folks, that includes climbing....even at the Pinnacles (GASP!).

I am not drinking till I get Ranger Bolts and considering right now after tweaking my back I can only carry about 10 to 15 pounds my training is about nill.  



Hippie Lettuce.  Now that's a new one and fairly amusing at that.

only if it's solo on 5.8 territory on loose rock and the climb is then called "Rock Naked".
