Spent on hour on the rollers yesterday.  Managed 20 minutes standing before getting tossed onto the couch.

Mudworm is now riding out of the saddle on the rollers and looking strong.

Right, looking strong for 40 seconds before crashing into a couch.  ;D  Between my thorough cleaning yesterday and now, a small screw has been found next to the rollers. Maybe my bike will fall apart on the next ride.
