That house sold for around $500,000 not to long ago.

F4, whatever you do, do not get in real estate business. It was sold on 12/05/2008 for $105K.

I'm trying hard not to compare our house that has forever enslaved us with this one.  Dang.

That's cheap! The only way to get into realestate is to have extra $$, I don't. I just like to dream.
