If the weather is decent we will most likely be dow there next weekend.  I hope something worked out for you.

Burner,

cock is actually a decent guy.  His sense of humor gets the best of him on occasion.

I would like to make this situation work out for the best.  Let's plan on next weekend.  After that I am out of town for about a month, so if it rains instead we will setup a weekend in the valley.  A day at the Cookie and whatever else.

Cock is just jealous that Mr Mud can climb at the Pinns at anytime and Cock can't cuz he's 10hrs away. Or maybe just he's jealous of the Masters of Mud Mug. I too have seen the mug.
I'm not worthy.

No worries.  I like to see people struggle on cracks, it makes me feel good.  If you want to try some offwidths we can really have some fun.  If you want good OW beta, you will have to watch Mudworm climb.

ok, just as long as I don't have to lead them, I think that might make my first crack climbing experience a little too scary.

Burner and I have discussed this in private but obviously a public apology is called for as others are getting dragged in.

Burner, again sorry for 'duping' you into driving down to the Pinns.

I will not deny the fact that I am generally full of shit, piss, and vinegar and often don’t think before I speak/type.  However, flakey and malicious I am not.  I would never purposely try and trick a stranger into driving 2 hours to meet me somewhere that I was not going to be.

I honestly don’t really remember writing the post.  My dad and I plowed through a bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue Friday evening and apparently I made my way to the PC afterwards.  In re-reading the post, its clear to me that I was just trying to show my disdain for Mr Mud.  It’s also clear that someone not knowing Mr Mud or me might not see that.  Unfortunately it did not occur to me that Burner might log in at 10:30, see my post and drive down the next morning.

So I fucked up. My sophomoric (copyright BY) behavior precedes me.

oh yeah, and props to Burner for not turning this into a flamefest.
eow!
