The girls and Vicki and I just watched a C-Span program from this afternoon "The Lighting of the Capitol Christmas Tree."
The tree was from just up Highway 108, most of the 3,000 decorations on it were made by local kids, including one named Patricia Young, and our very own Summerville High School's locally famous choir ""Jazz at Eight" sang the honors. Katie sat and identified all the kids as they sang.
