You've got to do it until you can't. I remain saddened that my 82-year old Brit partner officially retired last year. He had a Norman Clyde approach to keeping fit: eat everything in sight while in the lowlands and then spend lots of time above 11,000'.

I lobbed off at the gym once and had some good air time. Too much??

On the op, yes.

Sorry yer partner hung up the shoes. I’m going to switch to driving all those cool roads I wanted to check out when I can’t climb. In the meantime I’m putting up a lot of 5.5s so I got something to climb later.
