I called and made a reservation.  My guide/instructor will be Rick Picar.  He seems to have excellent credentials.  I was told he climbs the Pinnacles.  Don't know if he's a member of this forum.

He's a good egg.  He's invested a lot of time and energy into building his outdoor resume.
