tessa got up a 5.1 and a 5.3. she kinda freaked being lowered of the 5.3 for some reason. i was right there with her on a fixed line.
shane got about 6 feet up the 5.3 with the rope tied around his waist. he was pissed and started crying when i made him come down and threw a huge tantrum because i wouldnt let him go again. i had to stand firm and teach him there is no crying in rock climbing, unless you want to be like your dad....
good eats, a chilly trip to the waterfall at whitney portal, a picnic in the snow at horseshoe meadows, some climbing...a good weekend.
