serioulsy why would anyone think a couple of beers a day would really hamper the training efforts of idiots like us? as long you arent getting hammered and losing sleep its no big deal to suck down a frothy beverage. the key is to stay hydrated.
i would wager that for psychologically challenged, borderline homicidal people like pimp, feral, and myself, a little 'self medicating' is far more beneficial than walking the line.
plus, it just plain tastes good!
