Microsoft gets handled again by a superior product.

"C|Net is pitting the new Intel Core Duo Mac Mini against Microsoft Media Center. The first round of the fight concludes: 'The Mac Mini automatically recognised the LCD TV we're using, and the third-party tuner was similarly straightforward to set up. Compared to the hours we've spent coaxing similar results out of a Microsoft Media Center system, the Mini is definitely ahead so far.'"

Now we can have good hardware, no bios,  a good OS, and boot into xp if we have to.  Look foward to when the widgets are design to acess that ntfs filesytem directly from OSX.  It has been 20 years and we still have bios and ntfs, cmon Microcrap get with the program.

Who cares about dual boot, when you can virtualize?

VMware has plans to roll out virtualization for consumers over coming years. "We can run it on the Mac OS in our labs already," Greene says.

I think this is bad...

Hardware failure: replace failed component

Thank you for submitting an error report.

Problem description

The error was caused by an unrecoverable hardware error which forced the operating system to stop functioning.

Although we know the problem is caused by a hardware component, unfortunately the error report does not contain enough information to tell us the specific component. More than likely the problem is being caused by problems with one or more of the following computer components:

    * Random Access Memory (RAM)

    * System board

    * Central Processing Unit (CPU)

    * Power supply
