MudnCrud

Well the car is officially the mud mobile since it got stuck in a mudslide last night.  I was was following a Toyota pickup in the pouring rain while  listening to the basketball game.  Suddenly the truck in front of me swerved I looked and saw a small log coming across the road trapped in a bunch of mud.  I could not stop and got stuck on the log.

Mud and Crud kept coming down the hill.  I crawled out the window walked down the hood and jumped.  Landed in just a bit of mud.   The were a couple of cars behind me and they talked me into crossing the debris field before it got to deep.  So I did.  then we stood there as tons of mud came down the hill and slowly pushed my little car down and to the edge of the road.

Tow truck managed to get it out and I got it home fairly late.  It is a bit dirty but drivable.

A couple but they are not very good.  Will try and post a decent one.

Found out with the drive to work that my car now has a significant shimmy.  Cannot really drive much over 55.

Should have grabbed the real camera when I was headed to the scene, but all I had was my phone.  (Edit:  mudworm posting in a wrong browser.)

Wow!  Way too ironic and thankfully not tragic.
The "best" climber is the one having the most fun.
