Yes, it's true!  :)

It was a lovely Sunday afternoon on Lembert Dome. We hiked from the parking lot at Lembert Dome to Dog Lake, and then up to the top before heading back. The view up there is just awesome...

 Here's the 'immediately after' picture.

Not so sure about that one... Looks like it's been renamed Rosalinda's, BTW. Regular bar fights and all...

So far, it seems as if most of my friends are pushing for a Yosemite wedding. Bachelor party climb of Half Dome?  ;)

excellent!  Direct NW face is nice this time of year, and the spring may still be running.

Screw it! Just head to Hawaii where it's warm. Climbing is over-rated.

What about the Pinnacles?

We're definitely aiming for a Yosemite wedding. One of the weekends in the fall, we'll probably head up there and scope out locations. The sentimental favorite for the date is March 20 (that will be the second anniversary of the day we met), so hopefully that will work out. If we choose that date, the reception will have to be outside the park if we do it indoors (you all know how iffy the weather can be in the Valley in March!).

Although I only know you through this site, I see enough of your posts that I feel like a friend. So, let me add my congrats to you too. And, per tradition, I'll offer good luck to the bride (to be).

Thanks Brad... The only time I think I've actually met you was at the Stroms' wedding.  :)
