Wine Recommendations?
« on: March 06, 2006, 04:07:23 PM »
Well, since it ain't climbing weather... Might as well drink.

I had the Chalone Pinot Nior last night. Tasted okay, a bit over the budget.

Anyone have thier favorites?

$20 max (I can't bring myself to pay over $20, let alone +$10)

Bigfoot ale, that's no wine. Let's not even get started on beer, stay focused!

One the pricey side I know the BR Cohen Cabernet is pretty good. Too bad the $$ goes to supporting conservative agendas. Yep, he was one of the bigger $$ givers to Arnold's specical election fund.

On a positive side other I like are:

Ridge Cabernet (??), always good. Help me squiddo.

Firestone Merlot

We'll have to have a wine party soon, especilly now that I have real furniture.

I think we should snort it.

First person to laugh while snorting has to polish the bottle.

For the ultimate (at least in relation to Pinns) go lead Carpal Tunnel Syndrom. Vintage is excellent, and its usually very abundant. Cheap too.
