- work ethics (Call in sick five times a week and go climb your brains out)

- game plan (Planning is just a game. Don't take it too seriously.)

- sport climbing (Wearing matching outfit - colorful ones -will help. And helmet does not look good in photos.)

- trad climbing (The new sunnyvale gym will have a trad wall. Yeah, go trad climbing!)

- good climbing partner (A partner who always fails to pack a map can help you improve your navigational skills.  Someone who can sit in bumper to bumper traffic for 5 hours without uttering a single curse has great potential to be a good partner.)

- have fun (It only happens on your way back from a climbing trip)

Did I miss anything?

On a more serious note, Justen is a wonderful talented climber. I'm impressed with his modesty.
Inch by inch, I will get there.

Nothing like committing on-self and then rapping.

For aid cragging, the 1st few pitches of NA wall would be better.

Good Choice.  Just about any Aid route that does not have someone climbing on it would work.  Muir, Diehedra, ect..
