F4- if you were on FB you'd see miles of get wells. Some from men, and surprisingly some from women:-)

Man Joe, Adam told me what happened. Huge bummer. With your vigor, though, I'm sure you'll bounce right back... get well!

Maybe Joe needs to look into other pursuits?

Of the low impact nature....

Bird watching?
Beach Bum (he has the chest hair)?
Golf?
Sailing?
Guidebook author, just not sure of which area needs a guide
Work?

I have a feeling that Joe is not sitting idle. He'll probably come back even stronger than before on the rock. Heal fast! The Meadow will be ready soon. - mudworm

Joe, I hope the surgery goes well on Friday. I repeat here what I've been telling you in person about dangerous sports ::)  Vicki and the girls send their get-wells too. Vicki is disappointed on the tree house's behalf. And, look at the bright side (??), at least it didn't happen just before Pinns season.

And if you can't climb, do you still want to go to the meadows?

And drive?

thanks one and all...I was just alerted to this thread by Brad, didn't know it was here,  there are other forums besides the Pinnacles one?  that's the one I have book marked, doing well, back at work, decreasing the pain meds while at work, mixing them with adult beverages after work, a good combination, get buzzed surprisingly quick with some percocet or vicaden...
thanks for the healing thoughts, hoping to be back at it soon...

You're back! Now that the surgury is done is all just a slow regrouping from here.

As for the metal, maybe you'll have to compensate now by LEAVING THE DAMN GRI-GRI ON THE GROUND when you lead?
