Precipitation
« on: January 20, 2012, 06:41:42 AM »

About time.  Was hoping to post rain but it did not quite get there.  Never thought I would be so happy to see it wet outside.

Hope it gets better for those in the Northwest.

Raining in the morning in Bay Area. Almost made me late to work because everyone up here forgot how to drive on wet roads.

Rain is falling now.  Also, checked my webcam at our place in Twain Harte and it looks like its been raining there all day.

I spent the day watching the storm loom over Yosemite webcams. No snow yet.

Yes, rain here and still relatively warm.

Both wood stoves going and a glass of wine in hand. Dinner almost ready...

Drinking a Lagunita's Cappuccino Stout while Laura cooks up a delicious smelling soup.  Only thing missing is sitting by warm fire.

Was barely raining in Mountain View, it was basically a very light sprinkle.

It is actually raining Coast side, coming down in waves.

Well definitely got some rain last night.  The creek is running strong and trees are down.  Ditch is flushed out.  Amazing how fast stuff is turning green.

Don't you live in the redwoods? I thought they were always green?
