My weekly plan:

Monday (boulder, climb, run or bike)
Tuesday (evening walks after dinner)
Wednesday (late night gym session)
Thursday (run or gym or bike)
Friday (rest before weekend)
Saturday and Sunday (send the mud)

*any and all substitutable for Castle session during the day, if I have flex time to get up there.

Evening walks......that sounds like writing poetry.

WHat day to you run steps and yell, "K2!" at the top?

Date night, yup. Also will be relatively a rest day, or gym night if Monday works late.

Never on the steps and K2 yelling. OMG!  hahahah

My plan goes more like this everyday:
I eat, I fuck, I sleep. I climb, I surf, I eat, I fuck, I paint, I fuck, I sleep... Then update resume and apply for jobs.

It all repeats in a random order

This is how we become Atomized?    Follow the Road of Atom and go straight to enlightenment no need to become a rat first or climb up through the nine levels of Hell.  Problem is I tried to paint and sucked.  My art teacher did not mind when I paid the hippy kid to do my homework.

Oh my god! I haven't heard that line in years...Does anyone have the DVD. Would anyone admit it??

I have the Eiger Sanction....that's some classy stuff.

My training involves sleeping in a freezer, changing diapers @ un-godly hours. And now I get up @ 4:30 to go biking for an hour.

What am I training for??

Then again, there are some errors that even spell check won't show.   ;D   ;D

What?  ;D

Nice edit; it's as if it never happened...

There's a country song about how long hairs used to be hippies and then the country boys went with long hair. Mud's the right age to be a long haired country boy.
