Stupendous Man - Rebolting?
« on: February 22, 2014, 10:47:14 PM »
Hey all,

If anyone has the time or inclination, I noticed the bolts and anchors on SM are starting to look pretty questionable compared to many other bolted lines at Pinns that see similar levels of activity.

I may have a midweek day at some point in the coming weeks to do a rebolting effort.

If anyone has a real jones to do replacing, that is my highest recommended one due to the sheer amount of traffic that occurs on it.

I'll email Greg B. about some ASCA gear for it now.

I'll help you replace them, when? The anchors can also work for Entrance.

Hmmm, best to scratch off his paint at each belay. Then slip it into your pack @ the end of the day.
1 piece @ a time.

Squiddo usually frisks me @ each belay. Heaven for bid I forget a biner or 2.

Might I mention your industrial strength bolt (lock) cutters?

Sure

Ever seen Mr. Mud's gear...you'd throw it OFF the climb versus racking it.

At least Ms. Mud has some fancy new gear.

I was thinking of taking Mud's gear and escaping into the nearby hills, but found out he's a runner.

 Foiled again.

 How fast is Squiddo?
