I can actually picture the drool oozing down his cheeks as he tries to pawn off the ultra lame excuses. "Dude." Dude my ass. You just posted non-Pinns crap on a sacred - yes, sacred forum.

The north Bay Area R.I.M. Club will be there too. I think I'll wander from group camp to group camp eating whatever foods look best.
In your short shorts?

I wonder if that Jerry guy with the fancy camera will be there too.

Thanks!

But, truly, what the heck??  We hiked Chalone Peaks yesterday and besides JC and KC, we only saw one other climbing group.  I've never seen Teaching Rock and Monolith completely empty.

Kinda eerie.

Where did all the climbers go? It was jamming the week before.

Huh... I was climbing at Monolith on Sunday or Monday with Alacia - first time cranking back through Feed The Beast since my Achilles rupture repair - and there were definitely climbers there, and at Discovery Wall, etc. I'll be climbing on the East side again tomorrow or the next day... But unfortunately not on the MoM weekend (as Alacia and I will be in southern Arizona celebrating her birthday). Save me a mug!

 Gavin,

I think it was empty on Sat. Maybe March madness hangovers? Have fun in Arizona!

You will miss the "climb Portent with a mug balanced on your head contest" though.

We'll miss you guys at the MoM Gavin!

I think more folks hit the crags on Sundays.

Maybe those Tepui gals can help us with the Poor Tent contest :)

Martha said "climbing Portent with a mug on your head would show great balance and control"

Or that the top of your head is flat. Unfair advantage.

We will need a shatter-proof mug with a leash, for spectator safety. There is a 5.11, a bit to the left for those bored by classic 5.5s (is that still the rating?). Does this type of activity require a permit?
