Pretty shallow until they came to: "...spend 15 minutes looking at your guidebook." And they had the right book too. I'm OK with these girls.

And the truck, well, it's alright.

Not really interested in their shiny new truck.  On the other hand, would like some of all that shiny new gear that they have.

Tepui?  Is that a product?  lol.

That part that caught me was, the climbing is not very hard.

I have several comments but I will leave them unsaid.

I researched all kinds of roof top tents etc...

That company is top of the line, along with a few others.

I wonder where they were mud boggin?

By the bivy tree at the winery entrance?

Agreed - I felt the same way - not overly challenging was the phrase.
Must be those committing solos on Bouldering Rock :)
Duplicate shots of the same crimper?...
I liked the tape on the left hand only - must be a left handed jam sesh :)
"Totally stoked" followed by "top roping" - pfffft!

I looked up those tents - suckers are PRICEY!

Maybe the 4x4 park outside of Hollister?

I once got a new used Range 4x4 and proceeded to take it there the following weekend to "test" it out.

Yeah, it was funny, but man that little truck could hold it's own.

I miss it, sniffle, sniffle.
I'm not worthy.

So is it just me, or is the idea of sleeping in a tent, 10 feet off the ground (and accessed by a ladder) a bit of a negative?

At age 53, I admit, it's a rare night when I don't have to get up to pee. Ten feet down a ladder to pee? I don't think so.

Maybe I could I pee from the tent's platform? Although I wouldn't fall off or pee onto the truck if I was fully awake, I'm not usually fully awake at that time of night. So no, that won't work either.

My friend Bill would suggest using a pee bottle. I'm generally OK with that, but I don't think Vicki would approve (at least not if she were sharing the tent with me). So I'd have a tent that I could only use without my wife? I don't think that would work either.

Nope, I think I'm perfectly fine with sleeping on the ground.

No doubt if I worked for a small company and had goods like that I'd do the same thing :)

Brad, tie yourself in, place the pea bottle on the ground before you go to sleep and practice your aim. :)

On hard aid it could come in handy.
