small gym at work.  Was a bit uncomfortable doing them this morning.

I think I may renew my gym membership in order to get access to some real equipment.  I really like to do rows (using a machine), if it is setup right it can really do a good one arm full range of motion pull.   I also tend to do proper straight back rows as well.

Don't overdo it! The doctor encourages exercise because he wants blood and nutrition to reach the tissues to prevent scar tissue build up. If you feel uncomfortable, you may be causing new tears!  :nono:

I never learned how to belay, only learned how to lead.

I can prove it by how many times the gym has revoked my belay card.
