Yesterday I was at PT. I explained to the Physical Therapist that my neck was bothering me a fair amount over the weekend. A fair bit more than normal, ever since the crash it has been kind of tight. I am laying on my back and she is behind me holding my head and working on my neck and traps. Pushing right up to the collar bone but not ever really touching it. At times she would kind of push under the collarbone. She has a bit of an accent and when she is concentrating it gets a bit stronger plus she speaks quietly. I really thought she was talking about my neck muscle when she pushes down deep and I hear/feel a double clunk. Then she sits up and says, your first rib was out, if your first rib is out it can be very painful.
The shoulder seems a bit better today.
