Something funny... (Share please)

Last night, Mr. Mud was on a web conference with managers and peers. He was wearing the earpiece for the audio conversation. At 10pm, I walked over to him, and he frantically started to look for controls on the earpiece. I knew he wanted to mute himself, so I whispered, "I just wanted to kiss you goodnight. That's all..." He pressed one button, and said to me loudly, "Now, you can kiss me and don't have to be quiet!"

Well, as you guessed... the button he pressed was not the mute button.

My boss got so flustered he forgot what he was talking about and someone had to remind him.

Nice, good distraction move....if your boss was going to ask you to do something.

It could have been worse:
-You didn't go to the bathroom un-muted. Yup a co-worker did it not to long ago.
-Have a romantic evening, un-muted....co-worker told me about this one time @ band camp..so he heard from someone.
-Use a cell phone so it causes interference on the conference line when you go on mute.
