Geoff is insisting on a one day, Sunday Yosemite run. I don't get  it. Why would I do that? He has granite fever and can't seem to be coaxed into climbing at Pinnacles. Every year it is the same old shite.

 Geoff has now conceded that Yosemite is out, but only due to the forecast. He next announces "I am going to Pinns Sunday to work on my new route." I died laughing. He started his "new" route 24 years ago, hasn't been back since, and the one bolt(smc?) probably needs rebolting.

shite is reserved for the crud...as in rhyolite

compositionally equivalent but i prefer the inferior texture of the crud
