Mudworm got her first 5.12 clean today.  She followed Tailspin and made it look fairly easy.  She also lead POD and Foreplay.
Here's to sweat in your eye

She's definitely got a knack for doing exactly that.

Thanks ladies and gentlemen! I'm usually not one to push self on lead, but today, everything just seemed to click in place. The follow of Tailspin was coincidental. Two guys from North Bay (Zach and Mike) showed up at the Monolith and we shared the rock. When Mike said he would not be following Zach up Tailspin, I volunteered. Always glad to help out.  :D

But what made me most happy was when I heard Mr. Mud say to the guys that he might consider joining the (climbing) gym once his shoulder recovered better because he saw how gym climbing had helped me.   ;D

Edit: Despite currently working out of North Bay, Zach (along with his wife) runs Rock Odysseys Climbing Guides out of Utah.
Inch by inch, I will get there.
