Add 99 more items and you'd be Aaron.

HA! I am laughing out loud!

Actually I have just recently get rid of all my extra gear to make room for the equipment I just received. Unfortunately this is all that fits in my bag now.  Maybe I just need to get a larger bag?

Why so much gear?
That seems like a lot.
Lose the guide book and you save 10lbs

My brother used that ploy for years...he who owned the smallest pack...carried the least amount of gear.

Ever seen what Squiddo brings....crucifix, gold doubloons (fakes), swiss army knife, lip balm, 10gallons of water & hair gel.
Then there's Mr. Mud's pack....2 left shoes, women's harness (its blue!), my old rope & a chalk bag.

I'm not worthy.

I had to laugh about what Mud would have in his pack. So, so close to the truth.

And yet he climbs harder than any of the rest of us....

I try to always have coffee in my pack.  Shoes, harness, rope, gear, chalk are all optional.  Well they are optional depending on what I happen to not pack on that particular day.

Labor Day weekend we are doing a lights out shutdown in the data center.  Should be fun.

I took a haul line today.

I don't drink much. One a week.

Why o Why? Job security?
When our data center was shut down after 15yrs...1/2 the crap would not start back up at the new site. The whole the company got an extra day off (yes not even email).

PS, Crash at our place if you want to. You know the code? Pull into the garage. We will be slumming it in Monterey (hard life).

Good fishing Kevin! Keep em coming.

We have lost at least one server with every full power shutdown that has lasted for more than a day.  This stuff is always a bit stressful.  Just depends on what does not come back online.
