Gumby choss tumble
« on: January 16, 2017, 08:09:16 PM »
On today's Hawaii 5-0, I was treated to some hollywood rock climbing. I was impressed at the accuracy of the gear, anchor and shoes (tc pros!).  But look at how uncomfortable McGarrett looks!

Definitely not a climber.

So, Mcgarrett rapped down and found a dead guy. He wanted to climb back up, so he had Dan-o just "take in slack" as he climbed back up. WTF.

Of course, it was a total choss pile (Hawaii), and he dislodged an obvious boulder that hit him in the head, and sent him back down the cliff.

Total gumby. Barely 5th class. For shame!

big money in hollyweird doing that!  I think we have the experience to know what rocks should look like, unlike those hollyweird amateurs.

You lost me with the picture. I guess it is not funny if you have to explain it.
I will try to post some more pics maybe tomorrow - my laptop was not cooperating this afternoon.

I think  he means tevas are underrated?

I was referring to this dude that used to be at castle rock all the time.  He could do most of the classics including the higher problems on the north side of the main rock in tevas.

JC if i call you who am i supposed to hide out and fake trundle upon?
