Hey, hey, hey, Adam's back up with photos (after the whole Photobucket fiasco).

How about using your new account some day to restore your excellent Conditioning Tour trip report?

I don't have a photo storage solution established yet... linked this from the web. Anyone have some suggestions for free photo storage?

I've used Flickr for 12 years or so now. It's free up to a certain number of photos, maybe 1,000 or some such number (which I've exceeded - I think I pay $28.00 per year or so now). It's worked well.

I think that J.C. moved to Flickr too (after Photofucket burned him).

Brad, Flickr's free option includes one terabyte of storage limited to 200 MB per photo and 1 GB per video with maximum length 3 minutes.

However, I haven't really noticed much degradation of image quality due to 200mb size limit.

One terabyte of data at ~500k per image will hold ~2 million pictures.

So you may be overpaying if you're just embedding.

I think I just heard a Pinn drop.

Temps look better for the coming weekend and maybe even into next week.

Speaking of Flikr - I got back online after the weekend only to find out they got acquired by Smugmug.
From what I can find online they are supposedly at least thinking about keeping a free option for a while, so they don't lose the Flikr base. Now go watch an episode of Silicon Valley
