Stupid Belmont...what's next, not being allowed to get drunk and pass out in  my own house?

Interesting fight though considering I'm a non-smoker. I get the public places ban....still scratching my head on the Condo/Townhome ban.

I don't smoke either, but the government (especially at the city level) has no right to ban smoking in private places. And yes, I would include bars in that statement...

This law seems extreme.  Controlling what you do in your home or in your car?  Next they will try and dictate what you can read and what kind of music you can listen to.  Then they will tell you what you can eat.  If "they" are so concerned about peoples health why don't they provide everyone with clean air and clean water and more vacation time.  A happy tax payer is a healthy tax payer.

No, instead 'they' will pass the draft and make you fight for the condition you were born into.

Hey Mungie, never fear, we're all way to old for the draft.

I'd fight for Mr Mud's right to insanity...

along those lines, lets all take a moment and give thanks, for it was on this day in 1933 that the booze was again legal.
