I dug deep into the bowels of my my-und for this one. The best place I know of (and the most civilized) is the outhouse at Chalone Peak - what a view and you can prop the door open too

I forgot to mention that evidently someone thought Discovery Wall was a good place to go. We were at Entrance yesterday and there was brown-stained teepee in a squatty spot in the bushes just behind us. Classy.

I was amazed by the number of hikers passing through there in the time it took BAP and KC to climb the route. I was surprised by the lack of climbers out yesterday. I talked to two parties of two (while we were at Entrance) and saw one other party climbing (at Discovery). There were a few people at Monolith on our way out to the Thumb but that was it.
