Clink is there a method to using the guide? Do you use pages by FA? Or area?
Say neglected valley goes 1st?

All the pages in the back with the little blank square boxes next to the route name get wiped first. What's next......

 The method.
1. Make absolutely sure that none of the authors of the guidebook are above you and in range to lob loadstones in the direction of tearing noises coming from the chaparral.

2. If the page you tear out has a photo of your climbing partner on it, please use with the photo facing out as a token of respect. You may not want an extra 10 feet of slack in the belay

Well I was wondering if it’s like some folks on the forum whom cross a route off. So once done with an area, riiipppp.

That would sell more guides.

Another alternative is to use smooth stones.

Squiddo calls that being savage.

I dug deep into the bowels of my my-und for this one. The best place I know of (and the most civilized) is the outhouse at Chalone Peak - what a view and you can prop the door open too  :yikes:  :out: :arf:

Chalone Peak? True I am sure on a clear day the view would be good.

It’s just the walk to get there.

On the list for this year....the hike.

Great hike and if you haven't had enough fiber the exercise will help.

I forgot to mention that evidently someone thought Discovery Wall was a good place to go. We were at Entrance yesterday and there was brown-stained teepee in a squatty spot in the bushes just behind us. Classy.

I was amazed by the number of hikers passing through there in the time it took BAP and KC to climb the route. I was surprised by the lack of climbers out yesterday. I talked to two parties of two (while we were at Entrance) and saw one other party climbing (at Discovery). There were a few people at Monolith on our way out to the Thumb but that was it.

How about the hardest place to pinch a loaf?

Piglet Pinnacle, your partner would not be happy given the small space

Which is more effective fiber? Chamise or Digger Pine?

Should we spin off a Best Place to take a leak thread?

In the caves is barbaric.

Sun is needed to help composting.
