I've heard rumors of a new Young guide. Is this true?

Yes. The field work is 80% done now.

You may not be able to use it once it comes out though. I’m estimating 10% larger than the Sonora Pass book. Will you be strong enough to pick it up? 😉

With a pulley and a bit of rope, aging climbers can use it as a counter balance when hangboarding. Brad, you could throw in some fixed pins too, for extra assistance.

80 percent, Brad???

With how much of your heart and soul you pour into that choss pile, 80 percent could mean "just a few more years!!!" Haha.

But seriously, I am looking forward to it :)

Clearly people aren't putting up enough new lines if BY is at 80% already!!

What's up with those guys that are making the select guidebook?

Talked to that guy years ago at Discovery Wall and he showed me some rough draft stuff - mostly photo topos.
Never saw or heard anything again. Not sure anything ever got published and no idea what his name was.

I use the blue guide. Better ratings.

A new guide, I am happy to sign for you Adam if and when it comes out.

A select was just a matter of time. Unfortunately it will only clog the existing clogged areas. And overly saturate the newly classic lines ahead of their time.

Seems like a slippery slope these select guides.

New guide needs to have Piglet Pinnacle up rated to 5.9.

The block that made it 5.8 is in the bushes.

Unless Klink has some construction glue and we can glue the chunk back.

My select guide/coloring book to Pinnacles Climbs will have the corrected ratings and an extra flesh crayon for coloring the pages featuring the current guidebook author wearing his extremely short, shorts.
