Worst I've done is the Frog to Crud and Mud (twice, once with Mr Mud and once with Dawson. You can always tell the right kind of person by their reaction to such an experience - Steve knew it was a hellacious bushwhack, but, his attitude was "big deal").
But, that trip is entirely optional in that there are easier ways to get to Crud and Mud - in both cases we were too lazy to walk the long way.
Toughest bushwhack that you have to do to get to a climb (ie there isn't an easier way) is to Rare Ice. All the way to Squareblock Rock, plus another couple hundred feet. I've done this one twice, and out to Squareblock three other times, for a total of five (last time my dad went with me - the crashing was so bad that dad - age 72 - nicely told me that he didn't want to do such brush again. He had scratches that were bad enough that he knew his skin wouldn't heal soon, and he had brushed off enough ticks that he was worried he's get one of their diseases, which isn't good at that age.)
