nothing like 10 hours of driving for a 4 hour hike/run... but mission accomplished.  bagged Gould and home by 'tottie time'.  I have few mugshots from the summit, will post em later.

im only doing about 30 a week right now.  i took 3 weeks off completely after the pct 50 to heal, then i have been lagging getting back into it.  i need to get back up to 50-60 very soon as the headlands 50 miler is on august 11th and i want to run that.

i think i could do gould car to car in under 3.  i didnt push it going up, didnt take the best route up or down, and was nausiated so couldnt run fast coming down, plus i had to stop for an emergency crapendectomy.

but i was wicked sore in the ankles from the downhill.

oh, and by the way, Mcbroom holds the record, Hans did not do Williamson.
