i did 20 this morning starting about 30 minutes before dawn. i knew it was gonna be rough because i just didnt feel right from the get go.
13 and 14 felt pretty good, but 15 was a monster hill that did me in. the last 5 weren't very fun, i threw in some walking because things were hurting far to much for a training run.
oh well, good days and bad, first run over 11 miles since the 50, so i'll take it with a grain of salt.
