Little Death Ride- July 15
« on: July 10, 2007, 05:20:18 PM »
La Petite Morte (had to steal that name )    :D I am planning to do a 35-45 mile ride this Sunday, the day after the Death Ride at Bear Valley.  Lots of single track and some dirt, gravel and paved road.  Some new trail if I get the work done on Saturday.  Anyone interested?  Jeff

I would be except for two key things...

1. I don't have a mountain bike at the moment.
2. I'm doing the Death Ride on Saturday, so I don't think my legs could handle a longish MTB ride the next day...  :)

35-45 miles? Single track? Dirt? Gravel?  :o All sound scary. I'm glad that I have an excuse for not being able to make it. A few of us will be at Downieville this weekend. Let us know how the ride goes. We'll trade stories.
Inch by inch, I will get there.

I have to say that the 'Big Death Ride' was a lot of fun; despite what had to be 95 degree weather in Woodfords...

Read the story on my blog.  :)

Will do.  I did some trail work on Saturday afternoon and bit of  riding.  Saw a lot of riders driving back over Ebbetts at the end of the day.  Ended up going climbing on Sunday.  Maybe next weekend.
