Well just a quick update.  The Doctor said the good new is that I did the maximum amount of damage without doing any damage. Bad damage that is.  Basically there is a lot of internal bleeding.  I have some tendons that are very sore basically because the sheath is full of blood.  I stretched and strained a few things but most everything is ok.  The fracture to the end of the outside ankle bone is an impact fracture which looks worse in an MRI but should heal ok.  Lastly I bruised/impact/fractureed the heel bone which should be fine but again is resulting in more internal bleeding.

I have been told by a couple of Doctors that I am very vascular.  Normaly good vascularity is a good thing.  The down side is I tend to bleed a bit more than average even though I clot well.  When I had the bone spur removed from my heel the Doctor was very impressed with the vascularity of my bones even though it resulted in more blood than he had ever seen come out of that bone before.
