It was good to be out.  I really appreciate you guys waiting for me (both in the parking lot and on the ride).

Condensed is a good lunch time grind.

Have a bunch of crap to do Saturday.  Not really ready for a long ride.  I just did a short ride Wednesday and pushed part of that.

Let me know when you are ready for some more MT. biking at Bear.  Found some more good trails and the weather should hold for a couple more weeks.  Heal fast   Jeff

Just got back from a 55 miler down here in Lodi (road).  I think I was up there three weekend ago to. There was still snow on some of the shaded places up higher but the trails I rode were great.  My brother rode there las week and said it was good.  I would call the shop but I expect it would be good.  I may be up there tomorrow too but I will be hanging out with my 4 year old.  Jeff

I did my ride down to the ETB... Man, that place rocks! Their extra-hoppy Poppy Jasper is just amazing. And the beerbeque chicken pizza was awesome as well... The ride was good, though I felt like crap for the first 30 miles or so. But once I warmed up I was fine. And Hicks Road (at least from the south) is a pain in the ass to ride up.  :)
