I emailed F4 this plan and he hasn't bothered getting back to me. (Yeah, what's up with that?) Then I thought to myself why don't I put it out there see if other people are interested in joining us. So here it is:
9-10 Cycling class at sunnyvale gym
10-11 Jogging/running to Marina Chinese Food Market (5.3 miles)
11-12 Brunch at Deli of Marina Chinese Food Market (definitely a very chaotic setting for eating, but their brunches on weekends look quite appealing and they are at a very good value too)
12-1 Somehow make it back to the gym (jogging is not recommended)
1-4 Climbing at Sunnyvale gym
4-5:30 Yoga class at Sunnyvale gym
The times for the classes are set. Otherwise, they are flexible. You don't have to come to do all of these things, but if you do, I think it makes a fun day. Who is interested?
Oh, since Mr Mud and I just joined the gym this month, I don't know about our guest pass situation. But if we do have one or two, we'll be happy to offer to the first takers.
