uber and I rode from his place to Fremont Older.  Uber was hill climbing in fine form.  I on the other hand, suck wind.  I blame allergies, or any other decent excuse.  But at least I kept moving, even if I walked a bit of it.  After yesterday's ride, plus todays, my ass really hurts now.

just not used to being in the saddle.

9.12 rough estimate on mileage

So it's bike to work day....they give you free water and a power bar. Whoopie!

I ask, where's the free beer?

Who's "they"? The man...is the man watching to make sure you don't take the bottle and bar and then get into the gas hog?

They be volunteers hanging out at the train station.

I hate this day....the one day of the year folks with a bike swarm the train. Do they take it the next day?? Not.

Give me free beer and I'll bike to work everyday.

Go Munge, cruz through the traffic as everyone else is pedaling thier way to heat stroke.

Every day should be bike to work day. There should be nothing special about it. This thing is just a way for do-gooder liberals to feel good about themselves until next bike to work day...

We can't all ride montebello, some of us must set the lowest common denominator in cycling.

Munge,

a lower ride would be to ride to Paul and Eddies and put some drinks down instead. Try it, guaranteed to please.

Next to the exit. Keep turning right and you're there. Squiddo knows the place well.

He likes to hang out there in his bike shorts.
